Interviewed with the air suspension team. The recruiter contacted me and set up an interview. The first interview was with a junior engineer, and the next was with a senior engineer. All questions were technical.

There were a few steps involved: * Initial screening with a recruiter. * Technical interview with a senior engineer. * Technical employee assessment exam. * Group presentation with different people I would be working with.

International candidate. The process was slow, approximately two weeks between each step. The interview process included: * Phone interview with recruiter * Phone interview with hiring manager * Two Skype interviews with team members At this point
