This is a long process that could waste a lot of time for the employee. They may wait for around four months, and then it might be rejected. During this time, they could be applying for other jobs. The period between interview phases is too long.

My experience with the interview process was overall pleasant. They asked for a few presentations on projects and some critical thinking questions. They are trying to determine the best fit for the job.

I had two interviews, both involving technical questions and inquiries about my experience. These were conducted by two different people from the team I was applying for as an intern/co-op. I was asked why I am interested in Tesla. I explained secti
