The company has really been changing for the better in my opinion over the past couple of years and has started to really foster a culture of teamwork by bringing together groups that work closely together.
Can be long hours. Employees don't often feel appreciated, even after making significant product improvements. For a long time, employees were reaching four-year vesting goals and dropping like flies. I think that has been recognized by management now and is starting to change.
