Pros

Great opportunity to learn new things.

Cons

Working in any situation, day, night, and weekend, the manager cannot make decisions based on the current situation.

There is a communication gap internally, with no planning, structure, or milestones to work towards. Partiality is shown within the team. The manager pretends to be a manager, but they do not know how to work as a manager or how to handle situations.

There is too much workload. A manager's duties include maintaining internal coordination, and everything should be transparent in the team. Work-life balance is hard to maintain.

Advice to Management

Employees don't work for you; you work for them. Create a fair and empowering environment for employees, and they will bring the results you want.
