A good, diversified workforce.
Too much politics. The Quality department sucks.
Really high employee turnover. Most of the salaried people leave Tesla in about two years.
Pay more attention to all the wired promotions that are happening.
Set up good criteria for AM positions.
Focus on employee retention, because they are the company's biggest asset.
