I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. Recruiter phone screen, hiring manager 45 min call, then technical assessment. This was a test with about 7 questions which you have to answer and then email back your results within an hour.

Challenging phone screens, onsite interviews, and follow-up screens. These include relevant technical questions for the role, such as manufacturing and design-related inquiries.

The Zoom call was 30 minutes long. Only one person was interviewing and mostly asked me questions based on my resume experience. The interviewer also went over what they are expecting me to do for the internship and how I should handle the workload.
