Benefits, career opportunities [are] a lot depending on who you know, but they are definitely there.
Management is terrible. I've been here 3 years with no raise, even after exceeding expectations multiple times through review periods. I worked super hard to move up quickly, which I did to a leadership role. But when they decided to cut costs, they took my old position from me with a $7 pay cut. I am quitting soon for a better paying job.

Quality Technician
Not too bad. There were three people at the time and they asked typical questions. Know your stuff, be curious, and know the position is for 12 hours on different shifts. A battery background is a plus, and so is technician experience.
