The Company is still fairly new, so there is so much room for improvement. In my experience, there is always someone to take my feedback into consideration. The stock initiatives are also great!
The turnaround rate is horrible, so there is always a gap in knowledge in a lot of the areas.

Quality Technician
Not too bad. There were three people at the time and they asked typical questions. Know your stuff, be curious, and know the position is for 12 hours on different shifts. A battery background is a plus, and so is technician experience.
