I applied online via LinkedIn and was pleasantly surprised to receive an email response. Had a phone screen with the recruiting manager, followed by a phone interview with an engineering manager the next week. Another week later, the recruiting man

I totally nailed the interview, and they never contacted me back. I followed up a few times and didn't get a response. I thought it was pretty unprofessional, as the interviewer seemed impressed and told me he would contact me within a week.

There were two interviews, both a mix of technical and behavioral questions. It wasn't too difficult, but it covered a lot of different topics. Even though I was interviewing for SW, they asked some vehicle systems questions.
