Lots of intelligent and cool people to work with. Great opportunity to learn new methodologies.
Too crowded, with too many members in a team. This leaves too many people competing for the same promotion, which negatively impacts morale and creates insecurity. Vacations are very inflexible, and lots of travel is to be expected. The company never feels part of Tesla but rather a vendor for Tesla.
