Stock options, free FSD, equity grant if you make it…
Recruiters are unclear and make promises about things that aren’t true. There are long vesting rules around when you can actually receive bonuses. You're not eligible for a raise or bonus for at least a year after starting. It's VERY disorganized. People without proper experience are running the schedules. The quality of designs is not good. Management comes off impersonal, and there’s no culture (no office events, happy hours, holiday parties, etc).
Get to know the people working for you; foster mentorship and growth. Motivate people and stop making it seem like promotions, bonuses, and other incentives are unattainable or rarely given or deserved.
3 steps including recruiter, hiring manager, and senior management. Very tense but good experience. At-home test and even most important questions should be answered just by innovation and curiosity.
A recruiter found me and asked if I was interested. I had a screening interview with the recruiter. Next, I was set up for a one-hour hiring manager interview. Following that, I had a one-on-one technical test interview. Next was a presentation i
Very detailed and technical, but actually fun and professional! Interviews were more like technical discussions, not awkward question-and-answer sessions. It was the most memorable interview I’ve ever had.
