A crazy company
Crazy company and cool products. It doesn't pay as well as others, but it has a good company mission. There's a lot of exposure and free marketing from Elon.
Elon can be unpredictable. Rent in Palo Alto is expensive, and it's full of NIMBYs. Tesla doesn't pay that well. It's hard to find parking if you get to the office later than 8:30 AM. Public transportation to the office sucks.
