It's a big name, so the name can be a plus for people who don't know about the quality of the company and the quality of the talents who work here.
Management is shady and untrustworthy. I seriously wonder how they were promoted to their positions.
My boss gave us all the tasks, then disappeared. He was reachable but clearly had no interest in the project. He told us to find a solution without bothering him. We did everything for him. He even asked me to teach him what to say during his presentation because he was clueless. During the presentation, he claimed that he did everything while leading the team. He did not even mention our names.
The pay is much lower compared to similar roles in other big companies.
For people who know about the industry, all know that the talent here is not as competent as in other big companies. I came here because the name is big. Many competent talents have left, so I recommend the same: use this company as a stepping stone.
Work-life balance is different during interview talks and during actual work. They don't care how long the project is. Sometimes they don't even set a due date.
Stop being a liar.

Started with some recruiter calls and interview rounds with the hiring manager. Talked about my projects and the team, and everything went well. For the onsite, they want a 30-minute presentation of your choice. During the onsite, it is very noticea
Be prepared, don't answer without thinking, and be confident in the responses you share with the recruiter to better your chances for the role you are applying to. It’s not hard; you just need to be prepared.
