Great work / poor management
Fellow engineers work hard and are overall positive. Management is disorganized and only cares about results.
The management team couldn't even be bothered to do a seating chart with assigned seats. It was a nightmare parking situation, with overpriced, mediocre food at best, and a noisy environment. There were no meeting rooms, so people were on conference calls all around you all day. It was the worst working environment for engineers that need focus and less noise to even think.
