Hard questions were difficult to handle in a short time, so they would not reflect real-world work performance. The position is a junior level, but the expectation is senior level. However, the overall process was very good.

As expected, there were many questions regarding process improvement. The interview was not overly difficult or long, but the panel focused heavily on previous experiences.

Tricky, with lots of technical questions. Would recommend knowing your stuff. Microprocessors were repeatedly talked about, as well. Worthwhile knowing what they are. Now I’m trying to reach thirty words.
