Stocks. Name on resume. People are impressed when they hear you work there and have lots of questions.

Stressful. Very poor communication from management. Very little direction from managers. Expectation that you are the 'beta' or 'gamma' type worker from Brave New World, and that management are the 'alpha' workers. You should be fully fulfilled at work regardless of actual duties, and happily work as many hours as possible to complete management's mission.

They will tell you at a moment's notice to uproot your life. If you don't, well, too bad. "Why don't you care about the mission more?"

Understand that you have communication problems between management and employees, and work to fix them. Get your CEO to focus on technology and step away from communication with employees, since he is especially poor at it.
