- Good place to get confused about why you want to be a SWE
- Good place for puzzle-lover, everything is a puzzle
- Not enough parking, [and a] toilet.
- Poor management: No plan, everyone just improvises.
- Nested sprint: Get more tickets in the sprint no matter if you finish or not.
- Poor diversity.
- Most of the time, there is just one line in the ticket description, even for beginners.
- Pushy work environment and bad work-life balance.
