I do not have any pros to list.
I made it to the final round of the interview process for a software engineering role. I successfully completed all of the technical questions and challenges, albeit with some minor hiccups. I even demonstrated some knowledge beyond the interviewers
Had a phone screen that was vaguely ML-related. Then, a meeting with the team lead with one basic layer implementation. Finally, an onsite with team members where I had to present my research and go through various ML and performance questions.
This was very hard. The interview was very hard. They asked me very hard questions that I could not solve. I don't regret trying it, though, because it was good practice.
