Hour-long phone screen. Spent several evenings writing a well-organized Python web app as a response to a prompt. They flew me out and interviewed me for several hours. The interview included preparing a short presentation.

Stressful but interesting. The interviewers want to know who you are first. Then they want to assess your skills. Overall, it was a good experience. Keep an open mind. Don't psych yourself out. Do your best.

The hiring process had lots of steps, but it was very smooth. The hiring manager was very helpful and answered any questions. However, the huge density of interviews in a short period felt like a bit of overkill.
