So much new tech to use.
Too much word compared to benefits.
The HR department is very active in follow-up. However, the interviews only involve take-home exercises. I was rejected after the second round without understanding what I did wrong.
A recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn. I submitted my resume. 1. Take-home coding exam via Codility - 2 hours. 2. Phone screen - mostly .NET related - 30 minutes. 3. Phone screen - coding (Algos and SQL) - 1 hour. 4. Onsite - 8 people - Boring - Mos
Their interview is probably highly team-dependent. I got a mix of LC easies and lighter mediums, complex SQL queries, tech stack-specific knowledge questions, some basic OOP/system design, and behaviorals. I made it to the final round but was reject
