I was referred by a friend, and within an hour, two recruiters reached out to me. They asked about my experience and told me about the job during a 30-minute phone screen. I was ghosted by both recruiters afterward.

The initial call was with the recruiter, covering basic questions and information about the role. This was followed by a second call with the hiring manager. The second part was a Python take-home exam, which had to be completed online. It was a 90-

Recruiter call first, then team HM call. Recruiter call is standard, asking why Tesla and describing the next steps. I didn't make it to the HM round because the team had already selected a candidate.
