Lots of hands-on work.
Poor work-life balance and organization.
Prioritization of speed over quality.
1. Coding Challenge (3-4 hour problem submitted via email). 2. Two Phone Interviews (1 hour each) - Technical questions. 3. On-Site Interview (Full day) - Prepare a 15-minute presentation, followed by one-on-one meetings with approximately 5 people
I was referred by a friend, and within an hour, two recruiters reached out to me. They asked about my experience and told me about the job during a 30-minute phone screen. I was ghosted by both recruiters afterward.
In the first round, I met with a software engineer for a technical screening. I passed this round and was given an online assessment consisting of five coding questions that I was supposed to solve in the C programming language. I passed this as well
