Software Engineer (Internship)
Total 3 rounds, 1 hour each. 1. HR reach out 2. Engineer 3. Engineer 4. Hiring Manager HR moves on very quickly, about 1-2 days to get results for each round.
Battery Engineering Intern
A 30-minute technical interview with a battery engineering manager. We jumped right into technical questions where I had to draw free body diagrams and explain my thought process. Topics included the shear and bending moment of a beam.
Data Engineer
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. 3 rounds in total: * 2 Tech Rounds with coding with SQL (multi-join) and Python (LeetCode), and resume deep dive and "Why Tesla?" / "Why Data Engineer?" * Last round in person onsite (didn't make it)
