Mechanical Design Engineer
It involved two initial interviews, then a mechanical engineering test, and then a panel interview with a presentation. It was a long process. The panel consisted of five engineers, with one-on-one interviews with each of them.
Software Engineer (Internship)
The Tesla SWE Internship interview for Digital Experience was focused heavily on front-end development. Questions included React, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals, along with system design for UI components. Challenging but fair.
Engineer
The interview process was very long and tedious. Their policies for being late, even by one minute, were not nice. I don't recommend anyone works here. There could be some changes, such as better pay and more collaborative efforts on the team.
