Exciting work. Flexible schedule. Great teammates.
Layoffs. Sr. Managers don't know what's going on.
Reached out by a sourcer. Took a coding assessment. Scheduled a video interview with either the hiring manager or the team, or more with the recruiter, to discuss the coding assessment and technical questions.
The interview lasted about an hour. There were two code questions of medium difficulty. The interviewer also asked about past projects and was pretty good. There was an online test to look for bugs. It wasn't very difficult but took more time.
Applied online. Within a week, I had an HR phone screen, followed by a tech screen with a team member. The questions asked were not difficult. They covered Python, general Selenium (e.g., driver, opening a browser, logging in), and SQL.
