Work is engaging and fun at times. Coworkers are decent.
- Leads are not even remotely qualified to do their job.
- Most of management is from TCS, Infosys, and other WITCH-type companies, and it shows.
- Culture is basically bootlicking.
- Talented workforce is far few and in-between.
- The IT org is a circus; run far away from this place.
- Management has no clue what they are building at all, even with "revamp".
Wear a stick of deodorant.
