Fast-paced environment in a software organization, fun for early career professionals
Good for an early-career push for fast learning. It can be quite fast; expect to drink from the firehose while learning from some of the best engineers around.
Sometimes the pace can be too fast, resulting in an unclear split of work efforts or an inability to learn quickly and churn out features based on the necessity for launching products. You need to police your mental well-being yourself; no one will do it for you. However, middle management is usually supportive once you've put in a few years of the grind.
Foster a culture of working hard, and praising the process/efforts rather than the results to reduce burnout and ensure frontline engineers are appreciated for these efforts.
