There was a three-step interview process. The first was a HireVue online interview in which six behavioral questions were asked. I had a minute to formulate a response that took up to two minutes to deliver.
The second round was a live online interview in which an applications engineer manager asked some behavioral questions, with a few technical questions as well. The technical questions were quite basic, such as calculating the gain for an inverting and non-inverting op-amp.
For the third round, I was flown to Dallas. I prepared a 10-minute presentation on my senior project. There were two interviews, each given by applications engineer managers. The vibe was very friendly; I didn't feel intimidated or interrogated.
