Pros: It is a good company to work for. The colleagues inside are very cooperative. With proper guidance, it promotes continuous development for new employees.
Cons: Requires you to strive continuously in working performance, but in return, it's good for development.

Pros: Texas Instruments has been very accepting of our Micron fab in Lehi and has made a lot of concessions to make employees happy.
Cons: Doesn't seem like the type of innovation that we've been used to. I worry that there will be a lot of red tape, but haven't been part of the company long enough to know.

Pros: Reasonable pay, reasonably steady work. Not bad if you treat it as "just a job."
Cons: Focusing on "shareholder value" and aggressively exiting markets that aren't profitable enough can leave you wondering if your product is next. It drives the passionate away. It's hard to keep up with analog's PFO on the processor side of the business.
