Process

For a new hire, I followed these steps:

  • The on-campus interview
  • A phone interview (after passing the first hurdle)
  • A flight to Dallas for an on-site interview

The on-site interview involved:

  • Two separate interview sessions with 2-man interview teams
  • A technical presentation to four different people
  • A critical thinking project that grouped four of us interviewees together

I also received lunch and a quick tour of a TI manufacturing facility.

Hiring-wise, I received an offer phone call within days of my final interview session.
