Pros: They pay better than most.
Cons: The culture was toxic. I left after I was led to feel that I was in danger of a layoff. Then, end-of-year reviews came and it was, "Just kidding! You were top 3 on the team. We were in a crunch, so we made you fear for your livelihood for several months so we could get more out of you! Great work!"
