Process

I applied online for this position.

I received an email first for a phone screen interview.

During the phone interview, I was asked about my background in software engineering, especially in C++, and my previous projects.

Then, 2-3 days after, I got an email for a 1:1 interview.

The 1:1 interview took about an hour with the software team lead and a team member.

The team leader explained in detail about the job and the organization and about the role.

Then, it was an OOP and a C++ skill test.
