Pros

This is a company with great values, and that is reflected in everything we do.

I have always felt that someone there cares about me.

A 40-hour week truly means a 40-hour week. People will come in on weekends if they have to, but that is offset by being able to leave early other times.

This is a huge plus for anyone with a family, as there is a lot of flexibility with regard to work-life balance. As long as you are performing and meeting expectations, no one is sitting there counting your hours.

Cons

Very slow moving. Can be boring at times. It's a big company, and as an "individual contributor" you can sometimes feel like you don't make much of a difference in the grand scheme of things. The rotation program for IT is not well defined or explained to participants. Uncertain future.

Advice to Management

Profit sharing is great, but don't let people become complacent. Be much more aggressive about advertising and distributing performance-based bonuses, especially with new people.
