Cons

IT leaders or managers are not good in management. They use computers and chairs for classifying people, not for what your job needs. One of our colleagues had an eye problem while working. He saw double images and needed to put his face within 10 cm of a 13-inch laptop screen. He finally got a bigger LCD, but he is now on LOA, and his eyes are hardly recovering. Managers or leaders still won't give you a bigger screen unless your eyes have a specific problem.
