Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The recruiting process is not as long as at other engineering companies. The Dallas location has many perks and lots of social events for interns. Recent graduates can apply for a rotation program that lets you work in three different locations throughout the country (maybe including Toronto too?).
The problem with TI internships is that the pay is extremely low compared to other engineering companies. I was just a sophomore when I took the offer, so I wasn't aware of this until my classmates all got higher-paying jobs. Also, if you work in the smaller branches, you might be the only intern there, like I was. This makes for a boring summer.
Most of the questions were based on Embedded Systems, OOPS in C++, for example, static variables, function pointers, the difference between static and global variables, and Macros. Embedded systems questions included "when transitioning from user to
Pretty simple: behavioral, then technical, then behavioral. Several questions regarding basic circuits: how do caps, resistors, and transistors work? Some questions on statistics, like how a normal distribution looks. How would you go about testin
Based on my 10 years of stay, the interview process differs from one group to another. During my time, there was no technical interview, but over the years, they started to have one. It's usually a panel technical interview. You also get interviewed
