Great benefits, 401k, and stock.
Profit share & good relocation/sign-on bonus.
Great rotational programs.
Lifers can be toxic. They expect you to be experts in the field 3 months in. Communication can be poor, and deadlines may not be communicated to you properly. A lot of engineers seem to come in at 6 am and leave at 7 pm. It is frowned upon if you leave after "normal" 8 hours. Rumors of <20% retention rate of new hires.
The company does a poor job of communication & documentation. Processes are often lost to time when people leave. Also, get with the times! The retention rate of new college hires is abysmally low due to management not understanding that new college grads are not willing to slave away 10+ hour days at work.
I liked the overall process. It was very smooth and hassle-free. I cleared the written exam for two profiles: Digital Design Engineer and Analog Technology Developer. There were three rounds of technical interviews, each one hour long, and one HR r
Good, easy tests your understanding in analog circuits, digital, and communication. Analog was asked mainly on dominant frequencies and all. In digital, they asked about gates etc. Time won't be sufficient, so you should know that.
Easy personal questions and questions about my resume. No technical questions. The guy was nice, and it was over the phone. I only had the one interview and got the job.
