Pros

Decent salary, benefits. My immediate team was good. It's fun to work with a lot of new college grads, some ERGs.

Cons

Stripped every employee perk possible.

New college grads were forced to relocate to a completely different state just weeks before starting their job.

Everything is massively understaffed, so everything is a panic, and only last-minute thought gets put into action.

Branch and corporate management need to run lean to stay competitive, but last-minute decisions are usually not well thought through.

Advice to Management

Sometimes it's worth it to lose money in the short term to better plan and execute.
