Pros

Texas Instruments has excellent benefits and a great work culture. If you're interested and determined to move up, there are many opportunities.

Cons

Semiconductor manufacturing can be a stressful job at times. The facility operates 24/7, so it is not uncommon to get phone calls after your workday or on weekends.

Advice to Management

The new motto, PDO metrics, and systems that have been put in place have really resulted in a positive culture.
