Pros

Profit sharing, about average for the industry. Salary is about average. Get your own desk.

Decent career opportunities if you work hard and can navigate the network and politics.

About average for 401k match.

Lots of training (actually, could be too much).

Cons

15 days PTO for NCG's. (15 days = vacation + sick days)

Other companies grossing similar revenue are starting to give more.

Working in manufacturing for 2 years, so expect to be on call 24/7 (holidays included).

Tedious work.

Critical and cynical coworkers/culture.

Advice to Management

Hire more people to relieve the backlog of work pressure. Match the quality of life/work in business units to those in manufacturing.
