Pros

Good company to develop skills.

Opportunities are there if you take the initiative.

Compensation, in comparison to similar companies, is very good.

Cons

Middle-level management sucks. They are highly incompetent and inefficient. A lot of black sheep (hardly working) guys are in the company. Need to flush them out.

Advice to Management

Get some engineering guys on the top management. Replace some of the car-salesman type of top management guys. Invest in R&D and flush out the disastrous middle-level managers.
