Pros

On the technical side, there are opportunities to interact with other groups, learn new things, and advance our careers.

Management supports such activities. Also, work-life balance is well maintained by all levels of employees, and company culture encourages this.

Cons

As with most big companies, there is bureaucracy and lots of meetings. For engineering positions, sometimes I feel the work is not appreciated since there are many levels involved on top of these tasks. I think the best position at TI would be a mid-level management/engineering. As a location, Dallas is also not great.

Advice to Management

Overall, they are good and supportive, but it feels like there is some disconnection between them and people working at lower levels.
