Pros

Great pay and benefits. You will have all the equipment available to perform your duties.

Cons

Upper management will hold business decision grudges. When it is their opportunity to throw the knife, they will. Forget work-life balance. Every project is a fire drill.

Advice to Management

There is no such thing as "It is only business." If it is a decision that involves people, it is personal. Career opportunities only exist in Dallas.
