Pros

Open door policy, challenging work, work-life balance, meeting people from all over the world, fair salary.

Cons

Ethics and values are largely ignored. Majorities are always right, while minorities are always wrong. Personal advantage is more important than the benefit for the company.

Little management support.

The benefits of diversity are largely ignored due to ignorance, intolerance and arrogance.

Too many incompetent supervisors and Tech Ladder title holders on all levels. Growing micromanagement and increasing bureaucracy. Performance does not matter.

Advice to Management

Just read the cons and take them seriously.
