Pros

The processes are very structured.

Offers a wide range of trainings.

It's a fast-paced company, which means that if this is your first employer, then you will definitely learn many things under pressure. This is actually good and beneficial for you, especially if you want to work abroad.

Cons

Promotion is based on exposure and politics, even though they always say that promotion is based on performance. In reality, that is not the truth. Politics and exposure play big roles for you to get promoted.

Advice to Management

I think it is better for people who are listed on the bench list to let them apply for a managerial position instead of promoting. This way, people are given equal opportunity for that open position.

Also, if a person is part of the Technical Ladder, they should not be allowed to be part of the management team, as it contradicts the purpose of having two paths: the managerial path and the technical path.
