Pros

Schedule flexibility, good paid time off, excellent benefits, excellent opportunities to get stock bonuses, employee discount program for stocks, profit sharing every year, 401k matching, HSA account.

Cons

Wishy-washy leadership at times, constant shuffling of the reporting structure, difficult to develop over time with so many managers shuffling. Work can be repetitive. Have to request getting involved with different projects and areas.

Advice to Management

Stick to priorities, respect is earned, and employee opinions are disregarded half of the time.
