Pros

Profit sharing. Excellent compensation. Worldwide company. Excellent healthcare with a high-deductible plan coupled with an HSA. Small company feel with big company support.

Cons

Work culture has a tendency to encourage workaholics. The CEO expects the individual employee to speak up and be in charge of their own work-life balance. So, if you do not have a strong voice, your team might have the tendency to overwork you.

Advice to Management

Please work on setting more reasonable deadlines that will not require employees to regularly pull 14+ hour days. This requires more open communication with both upper-level management and customers.
