Process
The interview was casual, and the recruiter was easy to talk to.
They allowed me to ask a lot of questions and gave me a very detailed look into what I would be doing as an employee at the company.

Mendacious, Backstabbing, Paranoid Culture
Engineer • Former Employee
Atlanta, Georgia, United States
August 31, 2015
Pros: No pros other than just having a place to get paid from.
Cons: This company is pathologically mendacious! Expect backstabbing, lies, and people being thrown under the bus.
I think they are similar to other companies that perform stacked performance management. Instead of being worried about the product or application that the IT department needs to deliver, people are worried about their standing in the performance stack and whether or not they will be managed out of the company. So, they make people afraid and paranoid.
