Pros: Our project used the latest technologies.
All microservices were hosted on GCP.
We got to work with Google Pub/Sub and Dataflow using Apache Beam (Java), which was a good learning experience.
It was a Java+Spring Boot back end and Angular front end.
The work was fun and the learning opportunities are definitely there.
Cons: The project was halted as a result, impacting all contractors on the team.
