Pros: Good corporation with great leaders at the head. Solid company to get in on the ground up. Great initiatives in place.

Cons: Work/life balance can be affected a lot during certain projects.

Pros: Great company to work for. A lot of autonomy, and Scrum meetings to stay focused and establish goals as a team.

Cons: My contract to hire was supposed to be 3 months long. Since the initial interview, they liked my work and decided to hire me full-time. Three months became four, with the excuse that paperwork takes time to fill. Two days before the end of my extended contract, my manager announced that the position would be in Atlanta (mandatory) instead of Austin, where most of my team is, and that they were looking for someone for back-end only.

Pros: Benefits, lack of dress code.

Cons: Pay, nothing else.
