- Interview - 3 phases:
- Initial: Q&A. Asks you technology questions.
- 2nd Round: Hands-on Angular/Frontend tech. A question will be provided on a coding platform. You will copy it to your local environment and start coding.
- 3rd Round: Hands-on Java Spring Boot. Same format.
Questions
You have to code a front-end from scratch using Angular. The JavaScript server will be coded for you.
Java Spring Boot application: You have to code a back-end and connect with your Angular front end. Initial code base will be provided.

Pros: My first professional full-time job, and they treat me great. They train me in the areas I need and are willing to help with anything. Teamwork is great, but they don't force it and allow you to work alone if that's what you prefer. There are not a lot of meetings either.
Cons: Not a lot, really. It was just a different workflow than usual in terms of pipelines and CI/CD.
